Happy Sunday lovelies! & happy Canada Day 🇨🇦 to all my Canadian followers! I hope everyone is surviving the heat we’re currently experiencing across the country.
Today’s Swatch Sunday post is an exciting one. I recently received some new beauties from Alissa at Wrenn Polish. She just released a brand new polish called Summer Sands which is a sandy tan holo & restocked one of her popular shades Happy Thoughts! & I was lucky enough to receive both gorgeous shades to add to my growing Wrenn Polish collection.

Summer Sands
First up we have the newest release from Wrenn Polish called Summer Sands. This polish could be described as a whole slew of colours (golden nude, sandy, tan) but it is officially described on the site as a “neutral tan holographic polish that will knock your socks off!”
I can definitely agree with that last part. This gorgeous holo went on with only two thin coats & no neat for top coat (although I did apply some because I ended up wearing this shade for 4+ days!) What I Love about this shade, & all the Wrenn Polish holos, is that the holo is strong. It flashes so well, even when you’re not standing out in the sunshine. You can really see the rainbows in my bottle shots, & you can see that on your nails (& especially in motion!)
Happy Thoughts
Next up we have Happy Thoughts which I believe was one of the first holo releases from Wrenn Polish. This pale pink holo was holo a two coated & my swatches are without top coat because the formula is so perfection, you don’t need it!
What I love about this polish & all the Wrenn Polish holos is that the rainbows are just as evident on your nails as they are the bottle. All the Wrenn Polish shades are inspired by Druzy stones & it’s easy to see how. Wearing this holo on my nails, I don’t need any other jewelry. My nails are jewels just on their own! Absolutely stunning.
