Good morning darlings & happy Sunday! & happy December 1st! I hope you’re having a beautiful start to the month. & happy belated Thanksgiving to my American friends.
Today I’m so excited because Victoria at NailStuff.ca has once again released some new beauties as part of her NailStuff Essentials line. This time, we have 3 beautiful cream shades; White Dove, Raven & Cardinal. & I’m lucky enough to be able to share swatches of all three with you today!
NailStuff Essentials White Dove
2 coats + top coat
First up in this release. we have White Dove, a smooth white cream polish. The first thing I notice about these nail polishes is how silky & easy to apply the formula is. The self levelling on this white is stunning, even before you apply your top coat.
Look how perfect the application is on this beauty! We all know I appreciate a good white nail polish, especially one that doesn’t require 4 coats for perfect opacity. I also haven’t tried yet, but I feel like this formula will make it a perfect white for stamping which I will be trying out very very soon!
NailStuff Essentials Raven
1 coat!! + top coat
Next up in the collection is Raven, a gorgeous inky black ONE COAT polish. Yes, that’s right — my swatches were one quick coat. Like White Dove, the formula is so smooth & easy to apply, & the levelling is incredible on this shade. I’m also a huge fan of the brush, which as you can see made for easy application around the cuticle line (love that!)
Again, the application is flawless. & with the thick opacity, I have no doubt this black is going to be incredible for stamping so that is going to be my next task to try out with these shades (& get back to you). This is definitely going to replace my current favourite black, Starrily Vantablack, as my go to black!
NailStuff Essentials Cardinal

Last but not least, we have the shade that obviously caught my eye first: Cardinal. Like the previous two shades, the application on this red is smooth & flawless, with no patchiness. Honestly, the only reason I went with 2 coats instead of 1 is first application was showing my nail line, & I wanted a little more opacity.
The colour, though, is incredible & just perfect for the holiday season. But we all know I’m a red girlie anyways, so I’m definitely in love. I also think the shade of red is incredibly flattering, & would look beautiful on a variety of skin tones. It does have a bit of a pinky undertone (which brings out my pinky undertones). Honestly, it’s just absolutely gorgeous & hands down it’s going to be my new go to red.
& those are the three new releases from NailStuff! I am so excited for Victoria, & the new additions to her line. Her success is so well deserved!
