Christmas Cookie Mani Swap

Happy Monday!

Today is National Cookie Day & I have a super exciting post to share! Sarah aka @25sweetpeas brought together 8 nail bloggers to create a Christmas cookie & mani swap! Christmas is the time of year for swapping cookies with friends & Sarah brought us all together to create our favourite Christmas cookies & a manicure based on them! Below you can see all the nail bloggers that were involved:

Such a great group of girls & we all came up with such unique Christmas cookies! & even better Sarah gathered everything together into a downloadable magazine to feature our recipes & our nails. This is definitely one of the coolest things I’ve ever been apart of & Sarah went beyond in creating this cool magazine featuring all these recipes & nail designs. Down below I’ve featured 2 different ways you can check out this magazine!

I was super excited to join in this cookie swap because I’ve been meaning to recreate my Granny’s Scotch cookies (which were always a Christmas favourite) but adjusted for my complicated diet! My Granny passed almost 8 years ago, & it had been a very long time since I’d enjoyed one of her scotch cookies, but baking these brought me right back to the Christmas’ of my childhood.
My mani I created was in honour of my Granny. Stewart Tartan is my family tartan & yellow roses were her favourite flower. So just like my cookies, this manicure is dedicated to her & I tried my best to capture the essence of her on my nails as best I could.

Thanks to much for checking out this post & I hope you enjoy trying out these recipes this Christmas! If you recreate my cookies, please let me know & tag me in any posts! 🎄
