I had this idea about half moon wreaths with one big wreath accent. I think this is a cute & easy look you can get done easily. The bow on my big accent finger is a little wonky, but I still think they turned out really cute. The green pops on the red, & gives off big Christmas-y vibes.

GLAM NAILS CHALLENGE DECEMBER (2024) — Holly

Hello lovelies & happy Wednesday. & happy one week until Christmas Day. I don’t know how it happened, but it’s almost here. & that’s just crazy.

Today, we’ve got another prompt for Glam Nails Challenge December: Holly. Holly has such endless options, but I went with a simple freehand look.

It’s been so long, it feels like, since I did any freehand floral, so these felt nice to do. My inspiration was the holly bush in our front yard, although as you can see in my photos, the birds are all the berries off our bush.

So hard to believe we’re so close to Santa being here! I’m definitely looking forward to the few days off spent with my family. Who knows what Santa is going to sneak into my stocking — hopefully some nail polishes!

GLAM NAILS CHALLENGE DECEMBER (2024) — Santa Claus 🎅

Hello lovelies & happy Friday! Today is exciting because it’s our second prompt of Glam Nails Challenge December!

Todays prompt is Santa Claus & I’m laughing at myself because I thought this look was totally a genius idea — turns out it’s exactly the same as the Santa Claus look I did last year (only with a bit more sparkle added!) I guess what they say is true — if it’s not broken, don’t fix it!

Please excuse the red staining of the negative space part of my nails — a leftover from the pink polish in my previous post. But I love these regardless — even with the déjà vu of it all. I do think I’m more drawn to the shimmer & sparkle this year though. Just give it a little more Holiday Magic!

Glittery Snow Globe Inspired Nails ❄️❄️❄️

Hello loves & happy Wednesday! A chilly, icy, windy Wednesday here. Winter is quickly approaching, so I feel like some snowflake nails aren’t completely out of the realm of possibility.

I’m officially going all in on the holiday nails so if you have any requests for fun nails, let me know! I’m always up for creating some fun holiday looks to inspire people.

Don’t these just remind you of a snow globe? I love how they turned out. These were so super easy to do, & I love how beautiful they look. Plus the thick glossy top coat from NailStuff Essentials really sealed in the stickers so you don’t have to worry about any edges sticking up.

They just turned out so beautiful, & I love how that the colours are more subdued but then you also get the fun glitter.

What do you think about these glittery snowflake nails? Sadly, this was the last manicure I did with long nails — I had a pretty awful break after I wore them, & am now rocking some serious shorties. But they’ll be fun to do some Holiday nail art looks on my shorties, & also inspire those with shorties as well!

Iridescent Flakie Gradient Nails

Good morning lovelies & happy Tuesday! It’s a rainy & chilly Tuesday — very much November weather. So I thought I would break up some of the gloom with a pretty flakie look, because flakies make everything better.

I realized the other day I hadn’t played with any of my flakies or Chrome powders in my collection, & got this idea to do a look using them in a similar look to my favourite stained glass technique. & I think they turned out so pretty!

Look at that beautiful shift! I can’t believe I’ve taken so long to use these again. I definitely go through fazes where I use nail art stuff less than others, but I’m going to make a conscious effort to go through more stash more frequently to use these items! Because they really do give such a beautiful look on the nail!
