Instagram Nail Art Collab — French Tips

Hello lovelies & happy Friday. It’s been such a busy week this week, I’ve been kind of quiet on the blog front. A lot has been going on, which makes it hard to post sometimes. But I’m excited because I was able to join in for a fun Instagram nail art collab, organized by the ever amazing @essieyall & @petitenaillover on Instagram.

The theme this month? French Tips. So I decided to go with a pastel colour block French tip, featuring my *gifted* Madam Glam shades.

These were super easy to do, but I think the colours turned out so pretty & Spring-y. Such a fun & unique French manicure look!

Neon Glitter Gradient 🕶️

Hello lovelies & happy Wednesday! Did everyone survive the holiday & all that chocolate! My kids had chocolate for breakfast a few mornings but now we’re back to normalcy.

Today I’m showing off some very bright & very vibrant nails. The sun was shining, so naturally I needed a manicure to match. & you know what that means — neon! 🕶️☀️

Don’t these just scream Summer vibes? While the weather hasn’t quite felt like Summer — there has been a lot of rain this month — a couple sunny days just make me hopeful for the months to come. Just give me some sunshine, plus 20 degree days (Celsius) & I will be a very happy girl.

Hello lovelies & happy Saturday! Is everyone excited for Easter this weekend?

Usually I don’t post on Saturdays, but today I’m taking part in a very special birthday collab for a very special nail artist — @brydiedoesnails. Ive participated in this collab a few times, as Brydie is one of my biggest inspirations on Instagram! Her nails always look so incredible, so I was very excited to join in on this collab to celebrate her!

& naturally, I had to choose one of her floral designs to recreate!

Pastel Floral Accent Nails 🌸🌱

Hello lovelies & happy Friday! A beautiful Friday at that. Today I’m excited — not just because the snow is almost completely melted away, but I have a beautiful floral design to share with you!

The weather may not seem to know it’s Spring outside, but my nails certainly do!

Pretty Pink & Polka Dots

Hello lovelies & happy Sunday. I wish I could say it’s a beautiful sunny Spring day… but we got about 15cm of snow between yesterday & today, so it looks like it’s December outside right now. Not exactly the April weather I was looking forward to.

So let’s brighten things up with some pretty nails. I was feeling a simple dotticure the other day, so I decided to pair two very vibrant shades together for it! & it felt like it needed a little something extra added to it, so I gave it a little extra sparkle!

Gosh, I just love a good dotticure! They are just so chic looking, but surprisingly easy to do. & I think this vibrant blue goes so well against the pretty shimmery pink of Vivid Violet. This is definitely giving Spring vibes, even if the weather outside is not agreeing with me. Hopefully, though, it’ll encourage Mother Nature to get herself together, & bring the actual Spring weather we deserve!
