Instagram Nail Art Collab — French Tips

Hello lovelies & happy Friday. It’s been such a busy week this week, I’ve been kind of quiet on the blog front. A lot has been going on, which makes it hard to post sometimes. But I’m excited because I was able to join in for a fun Instagram nail art collab, organized by the ever amazing @essieyall & @petitenaillover on Instagram.

The theme this month? French Tips. So I decided to go with a pastel colour block French tip, featuring my *gifted* Madam Glam shades.

The polishes I used for this manicure are:

  • Top Coat: Essie Gel Couture Top Coat
  • Base Coat: China Glaze Calcium Gel Fortifier
  • Madam Glam Birds Fairy *
  • Madam Glam Purple Rain *
  • Madam Glam Sweet Sunshine *
  • Madam Glam Minty Green *
  • Madam Glam Warm Up *
  • Madam Glam Mimi Pink *
  • Nailstuff.ca Mermaid Tail 7mm liner brush

*pr/gifted

These were super easy to do, but I think the colours turned out so pretty & Spring-y. Such a fun & unique French manicure look!

The polishes I used for this manicure are:

  • Base Coat: NailStuff Essentials Base Coat *
  • Top Coat: Nail Stuff Essentials Quick Dry Top Coat *
  • Pahlish Seto Taisho (Teacup Soldier)
  • NailStuff Essentials Holographic Top Coat *

  • Starrily Cobalt (Co)
  • China Glaze December to Remember
  • Essie Making Spirits Bright
  • Dam Nail Polish Sapphire
  • NailStuff 4mm Micro Detail Brush

How beautifully chilly do these nails look? Are they not giving Elsa? They turned out exactly how I had pictured in my head, & I’m so happy about it. I just adore them!

If you pop on over to Instagram, you can view all the designs for this collaboration using the hashtag #icenailartmanicollab2025.

Instagram Nail Art Collab — Evergreen 🌲

Hello lovelies & happy Friday! & happy Hanukkah to all that celebrate! Today I’m excited to share the manicure I did for the Evergreen Nail Art Collab on Instagram, hosted by the ever so lovely @essieyall & @petitenaillover.

This month’s theme is Evergreen, & so I decided to go simple with some hand painted bare evergreen branches.

The polishes I used for this manicure are:

  • Base Coat: Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Colour Grip Primer Base Coat
  • Top Coat: Seche Vive
  • Color Club Label-less grey
  • Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Me, My Elf & I
  • Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Wet My Thistle
  • Sally Hansen InstaDri Jazzy Jade
  • Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Oh My Coffee
  • NailStuff.ca 7mm liner brush

I’ve done some version of this manicure every Winter/Christmas for the last couple years, but it never gets dull or old to me. This version is a bit more subdued than previous versions, but I love how it turned out. I’m always so excited to participate in this monthly challenge, & create something fun with the prompt given.

Instagram Coffee Nail Art Collab ☕️🤎

Hello lovelies & happy Friday! This has been quite a week, so I’m a little happy it’s over — even if it does mean saying goodbye to spooky season. But I did join the monthly nail art collab hosted by @essieyall & @petitenailslover again this month, & I’m super excited to share my design… especially because the prompt is COFFEE!

& if there is one thing I love as much as nail polish , it’s coffee.

The polishes I used for this manicure are:

  • Base Coat: Essence Colour Grip Base Coat
  • Top Coat: Seche Vive
  • Matte Top Coat: Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Matte Top Coat
  • Essie Expressie Cold Brew Crew
  • Wet n Wild 2% Milk
  • Acrylic Paint
  • NailStuff.ca 9mm Mermaid Tail Liner Brush

I was going for a latte art design, so I used acrylic paint because I knew that I was going to need to be able to erase any mistakes — & I was right! This look took longer than expected to do, but I think it turned out just like the coffee art I used to do when I was a barista.

& I hope when you look at it, you can totally see what it’s supposed to be!

Don’t forget, you can check out the other designs through the hashtag #coffeenailartmanicollab2023 on Instagram. & down below, you can check out all the fun coffee themed designs collaged together. Everyone did such an awesome job!

What do you think of my coffee design? Does it totally scream latte to you? Let me know all your thoughts down in the comments below!

& let me know what your favourite holiday coffee drink is!

Instagram Leaves Nail Art Collab 🍁🍂

Hello loves & happy Friday! & Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians! Today we’re taking the day off from Glam Nails Challenge for another fun Instagram nail art collab. I’ve enjoyed jumping into this collab a every month — hosted by @essieyall & @petitenailslover.

I’m very excited because this month’s prompt is leaves & I do love a good Fall leaves design.

The polishes I used for this manicure are:

  • Base Coat: Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Colour Grip Primer Base Coat
  • Top Coat: Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Top Coat
  • Essie Lady Like
  • Revlon Spidey Sense
  • Sally Hansen InstaDri SCRAM!
  • Essie Mosaic On Down
  • Finger Paints Surreal Sunset
  • NailStuff.ca Clear Stamper
  • Born Pretty Store Stamping Plate BP-L026

I really wanted to created a layered leaves look, to mimic like a pile of leaves on the ground. Think I went with too light of a base though — a darker one probably would have allowed for the stamped leaves to pop more! But I do still love how it looks, & I think it’s such a pretty look.

Down below, you can see all the beautiful designs collaged together. You can check out #leavesnailartmanicollab2023 on Instagram to see all the participants & they’re beautiful designs.

What do you think about my fun leaves design? Let me know all your thoughts down in the comments below. & if you’re celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend, enjoy! 🍁🖤
