Diamond accent nails.

So as what usually happens every 6 months or so, I broke a nail. 😞 well technically I cracked my ring finger half way and knew it was going to break on me so preemptively trimmed them down. Either way, it’s back to nubs for this girl!

So in order to keep my nails feeling pretty, I’ve been working extra hard on creating pretty nail art!

The polishes I used for this manicure were:

  • OPI Miss You-neverse
  • OPI I Canolli Wear OPI
  • Bourjois Paris Gold polish (can’t find a name)
  • Revlon Cherries in the Snow
  • QUO by ORLY Striper in Black
  • Seche Vite

What do you think if my diamond accent nails? How do you cope when you have a bad break? Let me know in the comments below!

Purple and gold x-pattern nails.

I’ve been seeing these x-pattern gradient nails popping up on Instagram a lot lately so I wanted to give them a try. Obviously striping tape wasn’t going to happen, so I decided to try freehanding them!

The polishes I used for this manicure were:

  • China Glaze Pondering
  • OPI Black Cherry Chutney
  • Stripe Rite Striping Polish in Gold
  • Seche Vite

It took some serious patience to create the x-pattern, but I’m so happy (and SO proud) with how this mani turned out!

Inspired by! My notebook.

As the saying goes, inspiration is everywhere. Today’s nails were inspired by the inside cover of one of my many notebooks. I was tidying the other day when I stumbled across it–the second I opened it up the first thing I thought was “I have to recreate that on my nails!”

The polishes I used for this manicure were:

  • Essie All Access Pass
  • OPI Angel With a Lead Foot
  • Essie Parka Perfect
  • China Glaze Re-Fresh Mint
  • QUO by ORLY Striper in White
  • Seche Vite

I love love love how my accent nails turned out! I almost wish I had done all 10 nails with the chevron pattern! This mani just makes me so happy! I love how well the colours go together.

What do you think about this mani? Where do you usually find your nail art inspiration? Let me know in the comments below! 💕

Stained Glass Colour Block Nails.

 Good morning Lovelies!

I’m feeling Fall colours hard. The other day I was organizing my Fall polishes and really wanted to wear them all! I decided that some kind of colour block mani would be the closest way I could do that!

The polishes I used for this mani were:

  • Finger Paints Surreal Sunset
  • Finger Paints Queen for A Night
  • Sally Hansen Golden-I
  • Hard Candy Scam
  • QUO by ORLY Striper in Black
  • Seche Vite

Oh man I love these colours so much. I’m just starting to build my Finger Paints stash and I never realized just how amazing their polishes are! I’m in love! 😍 I can’t wait to wear Surreal Sunset and Queen for a Night on their own. Just so pretty! I’m in love. 😍

My QUO by ORLY Striper is starting  to get kinda of goopy so my lines are a little messy. Never less, I love this combination of colours so much!

Are there any Fall polishes you’re dying to buy? I have my eyes on those Gorgeous Essie Fall colours! And the everything from the China Glaze Fall collection! I’m going to do a post on my favourite Fall polishes soon!
