Another Go at Abstract Accent Nails 

Does anyone remember this manicure from August 2014? Back from the days of my old Blackberry and less than stellar photo quality.  I thought it would be fun–since I’m struggling for inspiration lately–to give an old mani a redo! And since I loved these accents nails so much the first time, it seemed like the perfect choice. 
  
The polishes I used for this mani were:

  • Essence Break Through
  • Essie After School Boy Blazer 
  • OPI I Canolli Wear OPI
  • Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Babe Blue
  • China Glaze Dune Our Thing 
  • Born Pretty Rhinestones (item #21586)
  • Essie Good to Go top coat. 

 
So what do you think of this mani? Which one do you prefer–this manicure or the original? One thing for sure is that my photo quality has definitely improved! 😆

Blingy accent nail. 

Good morning lovelies! Today I’ve got another manicure to share featuring the multi-sized crystals I was sent for review by Born Pretty (item #21586). 

 
The polishes I used for this mani were:

  • OPI Do You Have This Color in Stock-holm?
  • L’oreal Magic Top Coats The Holographic. 
  • Essie Gel Setter top coat. 
  • Born Pretty Rhinestones item #21586 

I love these little rhinestones. They’re so easy to pick up with just a damp nail art brush, and I don’t have to worry about dropping them in the bed when doing my nails (which I always seem to do haha). 

Hope everyone has a lovely Saturday! Halifax is currently bracing for ANOTHER winter storm, so I have that to look forward to at work! ❄️☃

Last minute Christmas nails inspiration!

Bestie Twin Christmas Nails with @mynailpolish_addiction

  
It’s all about Christmas on my nails lately, and I was lucky enough to get to team up with Jessica from @mynailpolish_addiction! We went with a mani originally by @cocoasnailss.

Mani swap with @armstrongnails

 

I was lucky enough to partner with @armstrongnails  on a mani swap! I always have fun swapping with others–it’s exciting to try out someone else’s brain for a mani! Amber has some amazing manicures to chose from, but in the end I had to chose her patterned nails to recreate. The holo accent just sold me!  
 
The polishes I used for this mani were:

  • L’oreal Holographic Pearls
  • Art Club Nail Art Duo in White
  • Seche Vite 

I love this mani so much! From the sparkle to the herringbone pattern it’s just perfection!
